Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Surfsmith, we aim to make receiving your surfboard as easy and convenient as possible. We currently offer local pickup, limited delivery, and flexible courier options within Australia.

Pickup – Free

You're welcome to collect your order directly from our shop at 964 Dandenong Rd Carnegie, Victoria. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Local Delivery – Victoria Only

We offer hand-delivery to selected coastal regions for a flat fee:

• Bellarine Peninsula (including Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Point Lonsdale): $40

• Torquay & Jan Juc: $40

• Mornington Peninsula: $40

• Phillip Island: $50

We’ll liaise with you directly to schedule delivery. Please allow a few days’ flexibility depending on surf conditions and availability.

Courier & Shipping Options

While we don’t offer standard freight shipping, we’re happy to assist with courier options:

• Pack & Send: We can pack surfboards for courier transport for a $40 packing fee. All courier costs are at the customer’s expense and risk.

• Surf Couriers: We’re happy to work with surfboard couriers servicing Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia. If you’ve arranged your own courier, we can assist with pickup scheduling and safe packaging.
