2.1. Surfsmith offers secondhand surfboards and surfboard repair services. Availability is subject to change without notice. 2.2. All secondhand surfboards are sold "as is." We make reasonable efforts to describe the condition accurately, but we do not offer warranties or guarantees. 2.3. Surfboard repair services are provided based on customer requests, and pricing is subject to assessment of the damage. 2.4. We reserve the right to refuse service for repairs we deem unsafe or impractical.

3. Pricing & Payments
3.1. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. 3.2. Payments must be made in full before receiving products or services. 3.3. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our Site. Third-party payment providers may have their own terms and conditions. 3.4. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Returns & Refunds
4.1. Secondhand surfboards are non-refundable unless there is a major defect not disclosed at the time of purchase. 4.2. If you believe a product or service is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or service completion. 4.3. Refunds for surfboard repairs are at our discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5.1. Surfing involves inherent risks. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our products or services. 5.2. We do not guarantee that our Site will always be available, secure, or free from errors. 5.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our products, services, or Site.
